"Thank Zoo"

The project I have to share is a Thank You card that I created to send to my sister & her family for allowing us to crash at their place while we were in Phoenix for a vacation.
While we were there, we visited the Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium for the afternoon & had a really good time feeding the Giraffe's and observing the rest of the animals with my nephew. I have not been to a zoo for quite some time and have to admit that I don't know who had a better time; my nephew, my husband or myself.

I was excited to make this card, which is a tri-fold card, which I have wanted to make one for awhile after seeing some cute ones on other blogs, so I knew I wanted to create one for the Zoo Thank You card.
The top of the card is the front Zoo Gate, which flips up when opening, and then the actual Zoo scene opens up from the side, to allow me to write inside the card on both sides.

Recipe for this project:
- Momma Giraffe from Everyday Paper Dolls Cricut Cartridge cut at 4.5
- Baby Giraffe from Everyday Paper Dolls Cricut Cartridge cut at 2.5
- Gate from Everyday Paper Dolls Cricut Cartridge cut at 4
- Sign stating 'Thank You' from Walk in the Garden Cricut Cartridge cut at 2
- Brown chalk around the sign stating 'Thank You'
- Black Gelly Pen to write the 'Thank You' on the sign
- Dirt from Walk in the Garden Cricut Cartridge cut at 2
- White chalk around the dirt hump
- White & Turquoise Baker's Twine around Baby Giraffe's neck
